Easy Brie Trees Christmas Appetizer Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 wheel of brie

Pretzel sticks

Honey

Chopped craisins OR fresh pomegranate seeds

Fresh Finely chopped flat leaf parsley or basil

Crushed pecans or walnuts

HOW TO:

1. Cut the brie into 6 wedges, then again down the center of each wedge so that there is rind only on one side.

2. Insert a pretzel stick into the bottom of each tree shaped cheese

3. Coat a small plate with honey.

4. Combine the nuts, herbs and fruit of choice on another small plate.

5. Dip each cheese tree into the honey, then dip it into the nut/herb/fruit mixture to coat.

6. Display on your favorite board or platter and enjoy!
